Request

I am looking for a "social bookmarking" site to upload bookmarks/favorites/whatever to. Actually, I don't want it for sharing the bookmarks with others so much as being able to access them from any computer. The feature I most want is uploading the whole of a bookmark file, instead of one by one. From what I can tell delicious, wherever the periods are, doesn't work that way.

I use a personalized Google page for about a dozen bookmarks, but I am talking about many more bookmarks, and that would screw up the page display.

Any suggestions?

Del.icio.us

Personally, I like del.icio.us

You can also get an RSS feed of the links, so it'll display as a box on your google homepage, too, (in a scrolling box).

My links are here (http://del.icio.us/JoeTortuga/)

Go ping [livejournal.com profile] whumpdotcom about del.icio.us if you need another opinion. I know he's used it for a while.

There are a number of utilities that will syncronize your bookmarks to delicious.

I swear by Foxmarks for synchronizing my bookmarks between multiple computers (my Mac laptop, my desktop PC, any other computers I use).

It works with Firefox (my browser of choice, which runs on PC, Mac, or Unix).
