Today is the 13th anniversary of Martin and me getting handfasted. What makes it even neater is that it looks like we will get to share our anniversary with a lot of other people:

pardon my intrusion, but you caught my eye with your post to [livejournal.com profile] polyamory - are you aware / or working with ASW's NAL?

Why re-invent the wheel twice, when you can share the work load?

Yes, we're aware of it. We've actually had our doors open since Autumn Equinox 2001. Since we're in a different part of the country, and serve as a bricks and mortar resource for the Twin Cities community, we don't see any problem with there being two similar organizations. Or three, or many more, (poly is good) The similarity of names does confuse people a little.

Belated happy anniversary! What a wonderful way to celebrate -- sharing with so many joyous people in Mass. Frank and I usually have people protesting on our anniversary -- 1/22. Come to think of it, I suppose you will too. We were married in '72 -- a year before Roe v. Wade.
