Why are there pronouns?
He, she, it, we, they, you, me,
Our names should be enough.
The magic fish swims
Through water, air, and fire;
Only earth drowns him.
Vintage 1940's love spell (dark blue earrings)
Heels click on pavement
He eyes pull me down the block
He skirt is so tight
The Pookah's Garden (green and black earrings)
The leaves become seeds.
Flowers turn into vines.
Everything changes.
At the Haiku party
The other end of the hall is New York.
Lots of booze, tons of food, wall to wall people.
You can't hear yourself think, let alone write.
And there are people in suits.
Out here in the boundary waters
There are radiant shapes in rainbow colors.
Occasional moments of silence.
People are creating in the breeze.
