I am looking for an electrician to replace the fuse box in my house with circuit breakers. Does anyone in the Twin Cities have an recommendations, or advice, or know companies to avoid?

I have a friend who is an out of work electrician who I believe would LOVE a side job. He is union and while I've never had him do any work for me - my understanding is that he is very good. We used Brite Light Electric when we had it done. They did a good job.
