Dec. 29th, 2008 11:38 amI need an electrician to replace an overhead fixture, and the company I have used before, Brothers Electric, seems to have gone out of business.
Can anyone recommend a good electrician, or a handyperson who could handle this?
For that matter, I need a plumber or handyperson to replace the flushing mechanism of a toilet. I've used Soderlin, but they are expensive.
No, I am not going to tackle either myself, unless someone wants to come over and talk me through it.

Date: 2008-12-29 05:59 pm (UTC)They are extremely nice. Rob's number is 651-261-7333. He might say he wants to come next week because he'll be in the area (i.e., my house) then, though (he lives in a north burb, so it's a bit of a drive to get down here).

Date: 2008-12-29 08:40 pm (UTC)The plumbing, I need to look for my do-it-yourself book with the pictures and diagrams, and take another look. I am also lazy.
If I need advice, I may call you for a second opinion.
