I'm okay

Checking in to let everyone know that neither Martin nor I were on the 35W bridge when it collapsed. Don't have any links handy but it's all over the news. Called my Mom and brother because it's on CNN and I didn't want Mom to freak. Martin's Mom called before he could call her.

Going to light a candle for all the people who were on the bridge.

Please, people, post, even if it's just, "yes, I'm okay". Hundreds of people were on that bridge. It may be days before we find out all the info, since it looks like some cars fell into the Mississippi.

Thanks for letting us know you and Martin are OK. Our local news station reports the Red Cross is setting up a page for people to request information re missing persons. They might also list survivors but I don't know that for sure.
