So I am at work, but there isn't really enough to do, but I don't want to say that too loudly to my boss. Last time I did, she found a really boring project for me. And I keep hearing rumors of layoffs...

So as long as I am typing, I hope people figure I'm working. And I know I can finish this stack of orders before 2:15, when I have to go to "training". A class on Word. If it's like the class on Outlook yesterday, I could teach it.

I kind of wish I had a cube. I can't, because it would make it too awkward for the book trucks to move around. But as it is, anyone passing by can see my screen, and three people can turn their chairs. Of course, the same is true for me; I can tell at least one co-worker spends a lot of time on email. Maybe it's work-related, maybe not.

It's grey outside.

It's not much better inside.

I have to sort papers, and de-clutter, and do chores this evening.

I wish there was something I was looking forward to. The weekend often means either more chores, or I read and play games, and feel like I've wasted my time.

Yes, I am taking St. John's wort again. Not working yet. I exercised the past 2 days, and plan to tonight and tomorrow.

I am in a rut.

St. John's Wort...

I'm on a formulation of St. John's Wort, 5-HTP and folic acid. Are you getting B vitamins, darlin'? For me, at least, they make a HUGE difference in how weel the SJW works for me. The 5-HTP has been pretty magickal, too, IMNSHO. Melaleuca makes a formulation that's about $18/mo. I sell it, if you're at all interested. No pressure, of course. I've learned that mailing a bottle of it costs only $.83 *smile*

It's that time of year. It'll get better.

*hugs*
