1: Grab the book nearest to you (Great Books of the Western World, Volume 1, the Great Conversation), turn to page 18, find line 4. Write down what it says:"this education everybody in America now requires it, and"

Nothing, but I can touch the telephone by stretching

11:20 pm
5: Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?
11:20 pm, really!

Rain
7: When did you last step outside? what were you doing?
Coming back from the Prodea Seder about 20 minutes ago.
8: Before you came to this website, what did you look at?
The refrigerator, rearranging to put leftovers away
9: What are you wearing?
Green cord, purple and green sweater (one of my favorites), turquoise T-shirt under it, shoes and socks and glasses and underwear.
10: Did you dream last night?
Yes, about books and bookshelves and secret passages behind books.
11: When did you last laugh?
Several times at the Seder tonight. The last was the old joke about "the credits are on the left, the debits are on the right". And while we were singing "Old Time Religion"

Books in bookcases, my MA diploma, calendar, T-shirt with buttons I want to display pinned on it

Long vacation for Martin and me.

Hmmm, nothing I want to post too publicly right now.

Make people more honest
19: Do you like to dance?
Not much, anymore. It hurts too much.
20: George Bush: is he a power-crazy nutcase or some one who is finally doing something that has needed to be done for years?:
Nutcase, definitely
21a: Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?
I don't have kids, can't have them, never really wanted them, so I never thought about stuff like this.
21b: Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?:
See above
22: Would you ever consider living abroad?
England might be fun for a while. I may go to Canada is Bush is re-elected. I don't speak languages besides English, which limits my choices.
