Looking for a new ISP
Dec. 4th, 2003 05:54 pmI am looking for a new ISP for dial-up service. My current one costs about $18 a month. I've seen a number of ones advertised for around $10 a month. I don't need anything fancy.
Can anyone suggest a good, cheap, ISP.
I've looked at:
Joi Internet
Coppernet
Intergate
Twin Cities Internet
Also, there's a new on that has advertised in the Strib the last few Sundays. It's called MN Dialup. They have a very simple (or crude, depending on your point of view) web site, and say they have NO telephone support. I emailed them with a couple of questions, and never got a reply. (The only email address listed was for billing questions.) Anyone heard anything about them? Sounds like it could be scam, or at least, very unuseful.
