c-c-c-cold
Feb. 7th, 2003 10:12 amIt's up to 5 below zero, here in Minneapolis. It got to 14 below last night, and was still only 13 below when I got to work. Winter is here. I hope it doesn't stay this cold!!
I haven't updated my journal in a while, because I came down with bronchitis. I wasn't feeling very well when I got home from work last Thursday, but I didn't feel really bad until Friday morning. I probably should not have gone to work, but I was hoping I just had the blahs on top of coming down with a cold. An hour at work proved me wrong.
I left work last Friday, rather ill. I got home and climbed into bed, and found out my temp was nearly 100, unusual for me. I actually don't remember much of the weekend. I was mostly in bed all of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Monday, I was well enough to sit on the couch.
I missed Prodea's Oimelc. VERY frustrating. Especially since I came up with this wonderful idea that was the basis for the ritual.
Tuesday, I went to work, but probably should have. Wednesday, I stayed home again. Went to work yesterday and today, still coughing.
Very boring week for me, despite the disasters in the world.
