Party at Marscon

The Minicon Party at Marscon will be this Saturday Night. March 6, starting around 7:30 pm, Room 1128 (according to the Marscon website.) I have flyers to post around the con.

I have lots of raw veggies and dill dip, three kinds of cheese and three kinds of crackers, chocolate chip cookies and brownies, beer and cider. I have plastic cups and small plates.

I have a few plastic forks, but could use more. I do not have anything non-alcoholic to drink unless we make St Paul blog, but I figure people who want soda can always get it from the consuite.

I have Peeps, and may get more on the way out. I can't figure out if they are food or decoration.

More chocolate is always welcome. Anything else you care to bring would be fine, but most especially yourselves. People are the most important ingredient in a good party.

This is, of course, in Minneapolis, well, actually Bloomington, so I know a few people who read this won't be able to get to it, but I thought I'd post something.

I forgot to say the reason I posted this is because I am the host/ess for the party.

I am so nervous.
What if no one shows up (at a CON? c'mon.)
What if all the food gets eaten right away? (I think there's enough it will last for a while. If it's all gone by 10, thats the end of the party.)
But no one else volunteered, and I figured it was kind of my turn.
